August at Marlana's house

Strawberry pie
1 cup sugar
2 T cornstarch
3 T strawberry jello (powder)
1 cup boiling water

Combine in a sauce pan, cook until clear and thick stirring constantly. Cool to room temperature. Line strawberries in pie shell and pourmixture over top. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped topping.
