Cookie Salad

2 cups buttermilk
2 small packages instant vanilla pudding
12 oz Cool Whip
1 20oz can chunk pineapple
2-3 cans mandarin oranges
1/2 package fudge striped cookies, crushed

Beat buttermilk and pudding together until creamy. Fold in Cook Whip. Pour over drained fruit. Gently mix in crushed cookies right before serving.
