Oven-roasted asparagus - March 2012 at Tawya's

Wash and dry (as best you can) your asparagus; snap off tough stems.

Toss in olive oil, salt (I like to use garlic salt), and pepper, and lay in a single layer on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 F for 15-20 minutes.
